A few steps away from the infrastructural hub of the high speed train station of Bologna, this new TSH development becomes a key player for a new concept of hotel hybrid accommodation: the new structure is an expression of young, cultural, dynamic, accessible, sustainable architecture for students, professionals and tourists. Regeneration and transformation are merged by MFS design with TSH program and identity. The known as ex-Telecom building becomes a state of the art for sustainability, cutting edge design and flexible architectural expression.The over-all structure is preserved and extended with a new volume on the top.
